The 3rd ANNUAL URSA Awards Competition is off and running!

Your votes, in the first round (July 1 to July 30th), will determine the
top 3 winners in each of the 12 categories.
The second round of voting, beginning in mid August, will select the
placement and pick the URSA Major Award winner.
